Activities
The Gardening Club meets weekly on Friday afternoons and combines seasonal potting with visits to Garden Centres, talks , demonstrations on flower arranging and cooking our own produce on the premises. Plans are afoot to introduce an Active Living Pop In Centre where help and information on almost anything can be provided, an internet service will also be available.
Every Wednesday from 10.15 Tai Chi classes, a small fee is payable.
Patchwork/Applique every Wednesday from 13th January 2010, 1.30pm - 3.30pm. This is held at Scotts Close, Holcombe.
Arts and Crafts, eg card making, crochet etc. This will be held at Scotts Close, Holcombe.
An Acrylic Course will be starting at Greenways in September.
A Computer Course will be arranged soon to be held at Greenways, Chilcompton
Talks on a variety of subjects including information about health are held regularly.
Flower arranging sessions are taking place every 2nd Wednesday of the month starting 12th May from 2pm. Free tuitiion, please bring scissors or secateurs. Flowers are provided and a small fee is payaable for your flower arrangement to take home with you. Please let us know if you would like to attend. Home baked cake and freshly brewed tea!
