Head Over Heels a Falls Prevention film

Head over Heels is a short film with music.  It shows the type of accidents that can happen in a home, which may cause someone to fall.

See how many examples of possible accidents you can spot in the film.  Think about your own home, can you make any simple changes to make things safer?

When people fall it can cause serious injuries and may lead to them losing their independence, being housebound or they may have a disability as a result of their fall.   Many accidents in the home can be prevented.
